Winter E. Spires, Esq. of the law firm of Pleat & Perry, P.A. has recently been named a partner with the firm.

Mrs. Spires graduated from law school at the Florida State University and received her undergrad degree from the University of Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the Okaloosa-Walton Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and ECEL.

Mrs. Spires focuses her practice on general civil litigation, real estate, collections law, landlord/tenant and family law.
