Pleat & Perry, P.A. law firm in Destin is pleased to announce that attorney Elizabeth V. LaFollette, Esq., has joined the firm, Of Counsel. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona (B.A. magna cum laude, in Political Science, 1994) and her law degree from the University of North Carolina (J.D., with high honors, 1997). She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and North Carolina. Ms. LaFollette focuses her practice on labor & employment law, business litigation and civil litigation.

Liz has represented clients in employment law matters in state and federal courts, as well as agencies such as the EEOC and the Department of Labor. Liz's experience includes representation of clients regarding discrimination and harassment complaints, as well as constitutional violations. She has conducted employment law training for employers and has been a speaker at numerous employment law seminars for various professional and trade association groups.
