PLEAT & PERRY, P.A. ACCEPTING OIL SPILL RELATED CLAIMS Pleat & Perry, P.A. is accepting clients with claims against BP for oil spill related claims due to the Deepwater Horizon incident. Clients with claims for damage to business or loss resulting from oil spill can contact the firm. Our firm will be taking these cases on a contingency basis (no recover, no fee to be paid). We are also accepting insurance claims for damage to property from oil spill. Insurance claims are also being accepted on a contingency basis.
